Your $600 payment includes: three nights of lodging, meals (3 per day), alcohol, and all activities.
Absolutely not.
For five hours each evening, there will be a full bar with bartenders serving up cocktails. Outside those five hours, there will be beer, wine, and seltzers available for self-service.
